Drug life cycle: block of lectures No. 3

We are preparing a series of lectures for PřF students thanks to support from the IntegRECAMO project (OPVK CZ.1.07 / 2.3.00 / 20.0097)

The lecture focused on the production of drugs will provide a brief overview of dosage forms and the influence of the used technology and excipients on the efficacy of the same active substance. The difference between a generic and an original product, the danger of counterfeits. He will also address the requirements for production technology, premises, personnel, raw materials, production processes, storage, distribution, control and quality assurance in the production of medicines.

In the field of advertising, the lecturer will focus on information not only on the supervision of compliance with the Act on the Regulation of Advertising and the investigation of complaints about possible violations of the law, but also on the area of permitted advertising materials and samples of medicinal products. He will also focus on website content or print advertising, including advertising for clinical trials. Finally, he mentions the donated gifts in connection with advertising, meetings of experts, scientific congresses and other similar events.

The next 2 blocks will take place on 1 April 2015 (Life cycle of medicines or what is hidden under this term. Preclinical and clinical research and development of medicines.) And 15 April 2015 (Registration of medicinal products. Determination of the maximum amount of prices and reimbursement conditions medicinal products) and it is possible to register for them via this website.
