5th Day of Clinical Pharmacy in Brno

Dear Colleagues,

I am very pleased to invite you to the 5th Day of Clinical Pharmacy in Brno. Main topics: TDM for Clinical Pharmacist, Interaction of biochemical determinations and drugs, Genetics and Pharmacotherapy – form and application of results.

This event will take place under the auspices of the PharmAround Endowment Fund in the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute's conference rooms in Brno on 14 February 2019 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

I hope this workshop will make us learn a lot of interesting facts and also meet and discuss the topics in a lobby.

Registration Fees

150 CZK (21 % VAT incl.) The registration fee includes conference ticket, refreshments during the vent and lunch. You will receive the Pro-forma invoice in a confirmation email. Payment by bank transfer is possible by 7 February 2019.

Accreditation

The conference will be evaluated by credits of the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists according to valid regulations. Certificates will be issued at the end of the conference at the registration desk.

Upon registration, you will receive a set of materials for the conference, name tag and other infromation materials

Parking

Due to limited capacity of parking place around the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute, we recommend to use the possibility of parking in the adjoining streets of the MMCI (Lerchova st., Barvičova st., Mendlovo Sq. etc)

Lunch

It is provided for conference attenders. The lunch fee is included in the registration fee.
