9th National Meeting of Study Nurses and Clinical Trial Coordinators 2026

We would like to invite you to the 9th national meeting of study nurses and clinical trial coordinators, organized by the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University, large research infrastructure CZECRIN and the PharmAround Foundation.

The two-day conference will take place on September 7–8, 2025, at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno. It is primarily intended for study nurses and study coordinators from various types of healthcare facilities. A limited number of spots are reserved for representatives of sponsors, particularly monitors from pharmaceutical companies and CROs.

CONFERNCE'S PROGRAMME

PHARMAROUND FOUNDATION SOCIAL EVENING

Following the success of last year, we will once again meet on the first day for a social evening!

A space for exchanging experiences and networking between centers.

The PharmAround Foundation social evening will take place at the Museum of Applied Arts in Brno.

Registration is open until June 30, 2026, or until capacity is reached.

• No fee – Active participation

• Study coordinators, study nurses, and other healthcare staff – 3,900 CZK – Passive participation

• Representatives of pharmaceutical companies and CROs – 9,000 CZK – Passive participation

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before Monday, June 16, 2026 – 0% fee (full refund)

• Cancellation before Monday, July 7, 2026 – 50% fee (50% refund)

• After this date – 100% cancellation fee

The registration fee includes the full program of both conference days as well as admission to the PharmAround Foundation Social Evening, without accommodation.

Based on the completed form, a proforma invoice will be sent to you within 2 weeks. If you do not receive the invoice within 14 days, please check your email spam folder. If the invoice is not there either, please contact us at fakturace@pharmaround.cz.

When paying from a company account, please include the names of the registered participants in the payment note. The invoice will be issued and sent only after the payment has been received.

Registration is confirmed only after the registration fee has been paid.
