5th National Meeting of Clinical Research Nurses and Clinical Trial Coordinators

We are very excited to invite you to the 5th National Meeting of Study Nurses and Clinical Trial Coordinators organized by the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute in cooperation with the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University, the research infrastructure CZECRIN and the PharmAround Endowment Fund.

The meeting will take place on 11 June 2020 at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno. The event is intended primarily for nurses and study coordinators from various types of healthcare facilities throughout the Czech Republic. A limited number of seats is available to representatives of contracting authorities, in particular monitors, from pharmaceutical companies and CROs.

Three thematic blocks this year (the program will be specified):

  • Profession of study nurse and coordinator: current status and possibilities of further education and specialization
  • Clinical trial path from sponsor to the centre: how difficult is it to get a clinical trial to the Czech Republic? What is behind the term start-up? Study management in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. 
  • Coordinator in practice: lectures will be specified
